well down to own preferance on what brand of oil eg. castrol/moble 1 as far as i know most people use 10/40 full synthetic or semi, as for spark plugs i had blitz ones when i got it since been using bosch 4s as blitz are to expencive ngk or denso would be fine .

have you had the centre consel out recently fitting cd player mabee not plug it back in right or something .

going to buy brand new coilovers with in next week or to as i had fail attempt on ebay buying second hand ones .I would like meisters were is the best place to buy them and what set up do you's chaps recommend ??

well i have a turbo on and its starting to smoke on boost and its the same one since it came out factory so probably fuck .So i have spare in shed but the boy i bought it off of was running a 1bar so was wanting to recon that one then install it and recon the other one and sell it .

Looking for turbo reconditioning sure someone posted a while back offering it not sure who it was tho ?
