Thanks alot Streetracer, I will do that. Do I need to fill the rad to the top with it having an expansion bottle? Because I tried it with the cap off for a bit with the water level a bit low in the rad and there was just a load of steam like it was dry and getting hot.

Please help, My husband is trying to get rind of an airlock in my cooling system but carn't find any bleed valve, if there is one. If not how do we get rind of it, car is running at normal temp but blowing cold air in side the car. We know there is an expansion bottle, but should the rad be filled to the top? and ran with the rad cap off or what? Please help.

I am new to all this, I have been trying to search the forum for how to remove the starter motor on the ep82 turbo, My husband is doing it for me and is having fun doing so, he has removed the bottom bolt but carnt find the top one to remove that, He has taken of the 2 hoses at back back of the block incase it was under them but still couldn't find it.
