i wounder how many of us make up excusses for being late for work,uni etc? whats worked for you and the FAIL ones too. I have used many, all being car examples such as my car alarm Keyfob battery is low and couldnt lock my doors LOL! Flat tyres, Low on petrol so i had to drive extra slow.

as Dan507 mentioned, they might come back looking for it, they might also forget and you are in a win win situation, you can probably flog the macbook and have move funds for the car. lol!

no surprise to me the car crime has gone up in my area

just seen this on the news, website not live till mid-night i think, thought it might me usefull to some people. it uses google maps and shows the number of crime's committed and reported in your area after inserting your postcode http://www.police.uk/

from this to this car feels totally different in handling now and doesn't feel that sturdy as ive been use to the weight, car shifts better now, but the exhuast doesnt grunt as it use to anymore....

just had a closer look at the car today and they tried messing about trying shove something down the window rubber seals! maby a coat hanger or screw driver? who knows, just finished of taking other bits n bobs out of the car today. thanks..will check out what kits they have and comapare them on the internet... need to measure up the distance from where cameras are going to be installed to where i park my car and get find out the best viewing angles to mount them.

going to need a good camera, if i get a cctv system i am going to do the full house front and back and do it all at once, its been a couple of year since i have looked into cctv system but if i can view it on my iphone thats a bonus. surely its a DIY job for installing these cctv systems?

was going to fit other mods to my car today aswell..... now i am thinking not to bother with at all! bought alot of stuff and had plans to fit all them on but losing faith in it now....

some nice tips there, was going to look into pop off steering wheel but dont know where to start??? i love my mods because they are there because i want them for my own needs and not so someone pick it off like an apple off a tree.

yeh alarm when off, that when they legged it back into there car and went off, dont know wether to take other mods off such as car seats and bonnet to make the car more standard???

The person damaged my drivers lock barrel and snapped something inside it, don't think they managed to open the door but the alarm went off and they got back into there car and went off. This has propped pi#t me well off! Took all ice system out of car, dont know wether to take my other mods off and make it standard? Need some advise guys.... Car alarmed up with imob. All windows are tinted even front ones but you can't tell.
