Just a few quick updates....
Managed to find a company that would manufacture a 'Cusco' style brake master cylinder stopper; http://dynax.trackshot.co.uk/?p=728
Also, found a picture of my car floating about on flickr from Snetterton Race Circuit a few weekends ago. Emailed the owner asking if i could use it, and he did something even better. Managed to provide me with 4 great shots in super high resolution so I could get prints should i need. Result!

Haha thanks for all the nice comments! Durmz, there great cars. Was really impressed with how mine performed around Snetterton.
A few quick pictures from the trackday (Not taken by me):

If any of you are interested, I have done alot of updates to the blog site, with plenty happening to the car.
Managed to book the car onto Snetterton Race Circuit last Sunday for an early start to 2010! Check it out on http://dynax.trackshot.co.uk

@Sparky:
Unfortunately I don't have a colourcode, just gave them the harness for a colour match. But apparently the closest colour to Takata Green is the Porsche GT3 RS Green. Hope this helps ;)
@Liam:
Here's a link to the ones I bought:

Thanks for all the kind comments, hopefully you'll like what i have planned for next year ;) I'll get some more pictures up soon, about time i took some new ones. Failing that theres a fair few on my blogsite
For now, he's a fairly recent picture of my engine bay (A few bits have changed):

Nice- I really fancy a turbod one! Any good uk civic forums that sell Honda turbos?
Do you mean Turbo kits? Or actually a Civic that's been Turbo'd?
Best bet is to watch out on www.civictype-r.co.uk/forum, or www.pistonheads.com/sales as they'll crop up every now and then. The most common ''boosted'' EP3 you'll see is a Supercharged one though. I'll be doing a turbo build next year after the season is over.
Thanks for all the nice comments, its far from finished and should change alot over the winter/early next year

I've stopped doing build-up's recently as I browse many forums, therefore have made a blog site. Feel free to take a look (sign up if you wish) and let me know what you think. Every modification/shows/images etc are listed from Day 1 of ownership:

I don't live too far from Kingston Upon Thames. Saw the car again this morning whilst waiting for a bus in the freeeeeezing cold. Could hear the dump valve down the road, sounds awesome!
I'll get a spec list up in abit of the Type R if anyone is interested
-
Saw it again this morning driving towards Twickenham, its an L Reg, Silver with Black wheels and Wind Deflectors, looks and sounds smart!
-
Cheers
If anyone is interested, the entire build up of the car from day one is here:
It's a blog site, so you'll have to go back pages to see the older modifications.
-
Cheers for all the nice welcomes. It's 230.6bhp at the fly, but we had a few issues on the dyno. Will be back soon for another remap and it should hit 240-250. Keeping it N/A for next year, but will be building a new forged engine for end of the racing season.
Has to be said, Cosmic Grey is the best colour
-
Just edited the above post, sorry. I'm not too far from Kingston.
The Takata Green wheels are only for trackdays really, match the harnesses/cage (In progress). Will be changing the wheels for shows in 2010.
Only ever owned two Civics (First being in Max Power / Japanese 'Option' Magazine) but have always fancied a Starlet as a track weapon!
-
Forgot to say, it's a Silver Starlet (Older shape as far as i know). Is modified so thought there may be a good chance it'll be on an owners forum. I'm from around Kingston, Surrey by the way
-
Haven't really got any recent shots, as i've been too busy fitting parts to it. It's now all tuned so i'll get it out in the coming weeks and get some shots.
Best i can do for now:
Being Dyno Tuned:
Random garden shot:
@ Idrees.....The JDM EP3's are well worth the money, have nice additions such as the JDM LSD as standard, different cams/ecu etc. The EP3's love to be tuned, and there's plenty off the shelf parts available out there. Any advice you may want drop me a pm/email
