  1. You can all come to the Huddersfield one next week :) that way you meet Ian here!

shame it was so cold  but we had a laugh when we went krispy kreme (deffo the place for the next meet)

hope some pics go up soon

  2. If your going traff centre deffo come off at the 2nd junction and use those car parks right at the back which u will see straight away.

What time u meeting? As i need pop traff centre over weekend, i might just come in mine as im sure i will get bored watching ben and nick take the head etc off the bens car!

  3. Hi guys,

Just a note we all got kicked off the trafford centre last time by security. Also Saturday is one of the busiest times for the Traff centre , best advice i can give you is make it an evening time so the shopping dies down or at least use the car parks right at the back ( the junction after the chill factor one)

Cant make it as Bens engines coming apart this weekend, have fun x

  4. just to clarify track time is not all booked out.

tgtt.com will be there with stand and track time sessions.

if anyone interested in getting on the track with starlets only get your name down on tgtt.com :)

  5. Hey Kelly

I love reading about Ben's ex JAM GT, seems like a really nice and capable machine, even more so with the TE37's.

Will be awesome to see what the dyno results will be on the new setup. I reckon it will beat the old qtr mile time as well :p

Also sorry to hear about the break-in to your auto in the past, hence the delock etc, she is a really nice example and I hope to see some more progress soon.

Thanks for sharing your photos with us.

Was a pleasure to view them.

    Joz

Thankyou for the kind words Joz, the dyno results never reflect the road power tho as the car will not boost as high on the rollers as it does on the road. Hits 1.5bar on the road. On the RR figure it only hit 1.1bar.

Yeh the break in was harsh, stil having repercussions, i have no steering colum cowling on at the min as the old one keeps falling off due to the fact they broke lots of hinges etc off it. But least they never got her started ;)

  7. tyres are r888's would recommend to anyone in the dry, slightly damp (even if not raining) this car spins up all way until 4th ;) but in hot sticky weather those tyres make you smile from ear to ear :p:)

enzo you can gladly come over and have a look at the motor hopefully see you somewhere where you can go for a spin in it, its all about the corners in this car ;)

    thanx idree's :p

i like the no spoiler , i know alot of people dont, but obviously the spoiler is not needed as JAM took it off hehe for me tho its the JAM bonnet i love that thing and the vents on the rear of the bonnet warm the inside of the car up well :p

    thanx for looking:)

  8. Hi sparky,

Drive a ST205 myself but have always had a soft spot for the starlet turbo, awesome pocket rocket that would suprise many folk, a good friend of mine has one entered for next years events and is currently building a monster Forged engine controlled by MOTEC , was running over 170bhp so wasnt slow then.

    Great forum you have here

    Regards

you on about dan with the 2litre turbo engine?
