I didn't really know where to post this but the problem has been bugging me for ages. Everytime I take the my ep91 n/a past 75mph the steering will go ridiculously light and make the steering wheel shake like mad. It's an obvious pain now that I'm using the car for motorway driving more often. I had the car on speedlines last week instead of the factory 13" alloys, they made a difference but not huge. In a couple of weeks the car will be permently on the speedlines and lowered 35mm. Im not sure if this is going to resolve the problem. Is there anything else I can do to fix this? Just another

Sounds like there's a few starlets around Bristol, especially around horfield/filton. I've finally got my car on the road again, wouldn't mind seeing other peoples cars as i missed the last meet :/ Just need to finish refurbing my speedlines and get it lowered!

Dude you need to give us more frequent updates! I'm sure I'm not the only person on here that's stupidly curious about how your car's looking! Keep up the impressive work!

My car is hardly modified currently, just a KN filter and custom exhaust really. Will hopefully have the new alloys refurbed and the spoiler I picked up from Luke today put on in time for the meet!

I'm bristol atm at uni, but I go home this friday to Worcester. Might have to have a trip back down on the 15th!

Be careful to remove it and I'd be happy to buy that tte spoiler if it's in red or black!

They are such nice rims, maybe I should of got an SR to start with but I enjoy spending the time working on it for the moment. Will hopefully have it the way i want it to look by the end of the summer. Will deffo be going to the shows coming up!

I got myself a set of speedline alloys for a tidy bargain off ebay! They will need a complete refurbishment which I will start in a month or two when my uni course finishes for the year. It's going to be a good summer spending most of my time either earning money or working on the car. I aim to refurb the alloys ( need to decide on a colour), extending the front bumper similar to Rob Bower's, lowering the car all round and finally prepping the car for a full re-spray as the paint condition is less than ideal.

It's been a hell of a long time since i lasted posted but for now i've decided to keep it and tidy it up. Hopefully I will be getting it back on the road around easter as i had quite a decent looking insurance quote the other day. As I've been at uni for the past 6 months I've been unable to do any work on the car except for buying and fitting a blitz panel filter. After driving around with the exhaust blowing for at least 2 months I finally had enough and got it replaced. I took the plunge to go for a custom mid section and back box at a local exhaust fitters. Turned out to be more expensive than i thought but the finish and noise of the thing is incredible. Now that i've finally got it done i'm actually thinking of selling the car to go towards my uni funds this year. It's a shame but i could really do with the money. Its for an ep91, seemed like a good deal haha. Might look a bit too big for my car as i havent made many modifications yet. Have a universal 4" backbox as well. Really need to get something sorted out soon.

Yeh i will have to get some quotes for a custom exhaust. 3" backbox with 2" piping sounds about right. The reason i ask is cause i was messing about on ebay and put a bid on a japspeed system thinking i wouldnt win anyway with a low bid, next day i won it and it arrived today lol

I've thought about using a backbox and getting the rest custom made but the problem is money. Would a glanza japspeed exhaust not fit?

My exhaust has been blowing for a month now and im unsure what to replace it with. Would a japspeed cat back system be suitable?

Yeh it was the stuff that didnt need to be lacquered. Its not the best finish but looks alright from a distance :L

Yeh was a stupid amount of hassle, used 4 or 5 halfords cans. Went over with a bit of t-cut a week later just to make it glossy. Still think it needs to be done professionally though.

Got my bumper sprayed a while ago, decided to do it myself with a fuck load of halfords cans so the finish isn't amazing but it will do for a while. The wing mirrors turned out pretty good though. Need to get the rear arch repainted and the drivers door so might take it down to a mate in devon in the summer after seeing the paint job he did on someone else's civic CustomWorx Decided i'm going to sell the exhaust as i think its too big for my car. So far i've spent most of my spare time this month taking the side bumper strips off and tidying it up. The sticky tape is an absolute pain to get off. Found out that the one side of the car has been resprayed up to the bumper strip so now i have a line of paint down the side, looks a mess :/ Got my bumper the other day and seeing as its half term for me decided to test fit it. Should have it resprayed and on the car this week. Had a look to see if i could fit the exhaust myself to find that it wont simple bolt on, so yet more work to do. Thats it for my rant, need to get my car done haha.
