  3. lol i really dont think you'll find one either unless theres one about 6-8 hours long! i knew i should have taken pics when i done mine!! Just use your common sense and dont be silly! Remove battery Empty system of water + remove radiator Remove FMIC pipe that joins the turbo Remove Air Filter Remove Water Feed/Return pipes to turbo Undo Banjo Bolt on the block (oil feed) Take off Oil Return pipe Undo Exhaust Slacken off Manifold Bolts Undo the turbo support bars Be sure to take the weight of the turbo and manifold though! as the studs dont like it much ;) Thats just removing your standar

  6. My Engine was forged about 4000 miles ago and it seems very tappety... (NOT KNOCKING!) but tappety Ive also heard the term Piston Slap ??? Could someone enlighten me please Thankyou
  7. Is there anyway i can slightly enhance the spool time of my td04? It comes in at around 3500rpm but if possible anyone know a way i can make this slightly earlier?? cheerz
  8. Rinseep you got it in one... where actuator rod had come loose it had spun/Wound itself out therefor when i put it back on the wastegate WAS partially open! PHEEEEWWW thought it was going to be expensive!! Thankyou to you other guys for your input much appreciated!
  9. Fitted TD04 Kit Yesterday Completely running fine at 0.9bar and then booted it a little in 3rd gear on my way home and let off the went to accelerate again and no boost.... Stopped the car got out and the rod from the actuator had come off the wastegate pin so i put it back but still no boost!! Everything seems to loook ok on the pipe side of things :/ ??!! CONFUSED and UPSET!

  13. Because due to baby and moving into own place cant afford big bucks Someone said RRFPR and FCD would be ideal aslong as i found out the pressure needed for the setup i have. Tbh im new to the "turbo" scene and dont really know alot about them what could i run then? Cheers
  14. Hi there Guys i have an ep82 with fully forged engine ive recently bought a TD04 mani, Turbo + Decat Ideally i want to run this setup at 1 bar. What fuel pressure does anybody recommend?? Or What setup has anybody else got theres running at?? Thankyou Jono

  18. Today i purchased a TD04 Mani, Turbo and Decat I have a fully forged engine with an adjustable RRFPR and FCD Can i just put the turbo kit on without serious damage?? Also My Car is runnin 0.7 bar whether on hi or lo boost ... Any ideas Cheers Jono

  20. Hi my names Jono im from Dover im 20 years old Currently working as a Groundworker I have a black 1996 toyota starlet mk2 gt turbo. Havnt a clue what its running at (maybe someone could give me an estimate ) It has a fully forged engine just been rebuilt and has only done around 3000 miles, it is running a standard ct9 turbo but running at 1.0 bar with hks fcd and fse rrfpr, it has a tmd manifold, sps decat, hks hi silent power full exhaust system, stripped out interior, front a rear strut braces,tein lowering springs, boost gauge, oil temp gauge in place but not wired in, momo custom steer
