ive seen a number of adverts from this company on pistionheads over the last 6month and all seem to say the same 170hp pocket rocket witch seems to me to be a bit funny if you ask me

dash looks well mate gauages look really good there as if they wer there from factoryep up the top work

yer sheeting up this early after its been painted can make the paint go funny if you could it would be better to get the car in a nice well aired dry garage mate

looking good mate. just a word of waring thow watch out sheeting your car up if its just been painted as it makes the paint sweat and it goes all funny. we had a cossie in for full respray last year told him not to sheet it over winter and leave it he did and it fubard all the paint .a good tip is if your going to sheet it up dude .remove the sheet every day for say an hour or so let the paint breath and cool then put your sheet back on. know it sounds daft but it works .just be a shame to wreck a really nice paint job bud .

ive tried every 1 so far mate and no1 has them or can get them and dont wona pay 110quid for them from toyota when i going to upgrade anti roll bar in few months but need to have the car on road by thursday night as supose to go away in it friday like and aint got 110quid befor then so stuck between rock n hard place atm

im after a set of glanza v front anti roll bar drop links dont care if the used aslongs complete and arnt knakered need both side's same style as 1s in pic below cheers

these are the drop links i need .these wer a set a bought from tm-d start of last year for 30quid

my old v used to bellow out black smoke when i booted it and came on boost hard its was overfueling that much you could put a lighter to the back box and the fuel would set on fire coming out the back never ran bad thow and compression was fine ect

neaither car are that bad to be fair ive repaired worse at work. they always look worse than they are with bent pannels on but once you get all of that off they never look to bad. just a small tip mate if you have a mate with a starlet take some messurments off his from the under neith like inside of wheel to wheel and from center of fron hub to rear hub extra and check against yours as you might find your bottom arm might be slightly bent or your steering arm ect might not look it to the eye but if its even bent or out of place just a little bit you'll notice it when your drving it .just a bit of advice for you mate as thats what i do at work

its not even a focus its a volvo engine there shit there run by a million computers they always go wrong there heavy cruddy slow and have piss poor over steer i fix them every other week at work and there boring as shit to drive .my uncle has a 500hp astra coupe turbo doesnt mean stuff cant keep up with him or stuff with less horse power could pass him as his gearbox tops out at 165mph .just cuz you have big horse power dont mean your car is the fastest its all about the reast of your set up ect ect . v-tec engine will rev harder than the (volvo)engine 1 because its an n/a engine and is designed to and has the v-tec ect wer as the focus engine is a turbo so will not rev as hard and fast and also it runs a dual mass clutch and fly wheel set up witch are dog shite and heavy .were as the civc runs a normal clutch kit and solid fly wheel its a lot of factors all roled in to 1 that make a big differance in the end .doesnt take a brainy person to work it out .

bad new's john but you cant break it mate its a minter and worth doing on it like iddy said get the bits at a good price .he;s saved my bacon this weekend on drop links that would have cost me 130quid from toyota but ended up costing me 24quid .get it done mate and enjoy your car some more

well car is painted so is bonnet side skirts vent and rear bumper .skirts rear bumper are re-fitted .also got the rota's on to .its abit dull in these picd's as its flatted down ready to be buffed up tomorrow but thought id throw some pic's up any way.only a few bits left to paint now and she's booked in for m.o.t monday we are nearlly there now.
