im not stupid but i cant see the oil filter on my ep91 engine anywhere, im doing a oil change for the 1st time on it at this second

It's defo the front, the pipe in the picture is the abs wire

I don't think they are uprated shocks, I have no idea

Every time i hit a massive bump, a massive BANG happens, coming from the front,

ive had a look, and i think its due to there being no rubber bump stop being fitted to the top of the damper strut

should there be rubber bump stops fitted on standard shocks?

also are those springs standard?
