The old ones have a clip underneath I have looked through the paperwork with the car and the HT leads were replaced at some point in the past, I have a picture but cant seem to attach

I need some advice my son has a Starlet SR s reg 1.3 we sent the reg to camskill and the supplied via blueprint new HT leads to replace the old ones at the same time we replace the rocker gasket that was laeking and sprayed the rocker cover matt black as per the guide of the forum (thanks for that) all went well apart from the fcat the ends of the new leads from Blueprint were not splayed in at the ends and they do not fit 100% causing a misfire Blueprint via camskill have said we must have changed the distributor to an aftermarket this we have not done Can anyone suggest some leads that may

As I have never done it before dors anyone know how to remove the spark plug leads from the distribuyor on a 1999 starlet 1.3 SR think it is called a EP91 engine ?
