td04 is now sitting in my house.

fitting will start next week

then time to blow engine up for a big swap!

Fyc a local car club in Norwich has arranged a meet for 17th of march just thought I would let you all no. Not sure of location yet but will put it up as soon as I find out all I do no is last years meet was huge and there should be some skiders about ;) times is 9:30 til late last year everyone started going home about 3 in the morning will post up location ASAP if not add fycracing on Facebook!

well times gone by and the car has not really changed i added a rx7 top mount but other then that its still running the same as it was before i have got a couple of lists for options to do with the car but time and money is hard to come by for the car atm... things will come along soon tho! will get some more info up on the car soon once i get the ball rolling again!

Ye it is hitting fuel cut

Where you leaving from and what time? Postcode ect? I wantto get there early on the sat as I'm running the strip all day

So it can't be fuel cut. Not really sure what it could be still

I got a rx7 top mount and put it on my little starlet but since putting it on I have noticed when reaching 6k+ revs it feels like I'm letting off and putting back on the gas? I have noticed that I'm now boosting a little higher around 12 psi so I can't be hitting fuel cut off. Any one have any ideas? If you want more info just ask

Just wondering if there is any one going to fast show from the London area as my club are going from Norwich but I'm in London the night before fast show so thought it would be cool to see if any of you lot are convoying down. I will be going down the sat morning. Would be great if I could go down with some people

about time it passed mate just to rub it in mine went though 1st time with couple of things needing sorted like rear discs and my rear fog light switch dont have a light on it? lol

at least it is all done now for another year !

how things have changed....i keep thinking about selling the car but not really sure what to do, its not that the car is giving me any hassle but something RWD would be so nice. hmm... i have 2 options keep the car and it will be running around 250BHP by the end of the year or sell it and get RWD.

I Not been on here for a while but thought I should say the car Is all fixed now, I just need to get some new rear discs. I have been looking into doing things with the engine and I have come up with 3 different things to do. Will let you all no more when I make my decision.

Not only have I brought a new cv joint but also added new rear spring aswell.

Saving money is harder then I thought

Just odered a new cv joint as went to the car this morning and it started knocking on full lock .

I have been using the forums for a while now and thought it was about time i started a project thread off.

I brought the car at the start of 2011 looking like this..

Once i got the car i dint really want to do much with it was just so happy to finally have one! As time went on i started giving my self a little more ICE...

When i first got the car the paint work was in very bad condition and just got worse over the time of me having it both side skirts also had loads of cracks and bumps in them...when i finished work one night i found a crack in the front bumper and a dent (guessing some one hit me while i was at work) couple of nights later i was talking to a friend and i decide it was time to have abit of a change.

I handed the keys over to my friend on Friday at 4:30pm and he started work on my poor little gt

when taking the front bumper off we found the car had been in a front end crash before with some one trying to fibre glass the front bumper up

this wasn't a great problem no as we soon had he all sorted out

this is how the side skirt was looking but once again my friend had it sorted in no time at all

once all the windows bonnet ect had come off it all started to come along with paint going on...

it all started to come along quickly at this point

once this had all been done it was back to putting everything back into the car until it finally come out of the body shop at 5:00 pm on the Sunday looking like this

since then i have been saving up some more money to get new wheels that i should have very soon

the colour is deep pearl blue the same colour they use on the golf r32 it had 12 coats of blue and 4 coats of lacquer.

once the wheels go on it will then be the engines turn to have a bit of a make over
