I had a look at parts numbers and they’re the same! Droplinks I can get quite cheap for the paseo.
-
Anyone know if starlets and paseos. Share the same lower arms/droplinks ?
reason being that it’s hard to get a second hand set of paseo ones and new ones are over £100 each! Also you can’t get polybushes that specifically state they fit a Paseo.

You'll find it already has the 256mm brakes. I put paseo brakes on my N.A. as they were bigger.
After a search I think some Paseo’s (earlier ones) came with the 238mm discs, although looking at mine I think you could be right that they’re 256mm!

Was looking for something cheap to runabout in to replace the GT! Picked this up for a measly sum, surprisingly enjoyable to drive! Not the quickest but does the job!
Couldn’t help myself so purchased a glanza front strut but it fouls on the alarm box and fuel filter so need to move them both! Moving the alarm box could be a pain.
wanted to see what the Advan rg1s would look like so had a quick test fit.
managed to snap a wheel stud!!! So need to sort that but if I’m going to the effort of taking disc off etc may aswell stick some glanza/gt front setup on.
so short term plans are:
k&n panel filter, Corolla inlet, lowering springs. Sort rear arches, Need to see if starlets share the same lower arms as need to get a spare set to polybush as it’s nard to find spare paseo ones and new ones are over £100 a side lol
long term.... 5efe-t or maybe N/A build with bike bodies.

Cheers man, for some reason finding it quite hard to get service parts

Can anyone tell me if the 4efe and 5efe share some of the same parts like:
Fuel filter
Oil filter
Dizzy cap
Ht leads
Rotor arm
Etc

Really like this! The splitter makes the front end look so much better!

Any other decent photo sharing sites to use ?

Bump!!
Also looking for mk1/2 rear lights
And mk1/2 boot

Looking for
-A pair of ep82 quadlight indicators preferably with the black trim
- a drivers side wing (any colour with no dents or rust)

You'll need an adjustable actuator which allows you to shorten it, and then best to get a boost gauge to see what your actually boosting at.
Ct9 should take 1 bar no problem ( although I say that and my ct9 lasted 3 months at 1 bar before the oil seals went) haha

Why not just run the glanza dash ?
Didn't think there was much difference between the N/A and glanza dash apart from colour

Facebook I find is better if your looking for any parts as you get quick answers and replies!
The forums advantage is project blogs! I'm sure a fair few people like myself enjoy reading and even having there own project blogs!

You want a decent electronic boost controller. 0.5 spring is fine mate run that to a bar no problem uprating the spring won't make a difference..running a decent ebc will!
I had actually completely forgot about boost controllers haha cheers man

Currently got a 0.5 bar spring in my ex/wastegate and running a ct12 hybrid with arc tmic.
Wanting to up the boost just unsure of wether to get a 0.8 bar spring or 1 bar spring ?
Anyone reckon 1 bar would be too much for the arc ?

Managed to pick up some new wheels for cheapish as the advans needed new tyres and 2 need refurbished ideally!
15x6.5 Rota MSR's
Paintwork is starting to get more and more tired with one front wing being pretty bad! So weighing up my options! Full respray is out the question due to cost but may look at short term options like Matt/satin colours but I'll worry about that in a few months time.
Car also passed it's mot first time with just advisories for the front tyres (advans), oil leak and condensation in the rear light.

Any updates on the car mate?
Not a lot mate had it's MOT a few weeks back and passed with just a few advisories for tyres and my oil leak from crank seal.
Just moved flat so money's been tight lately haha

I had my gt for nearly 3 years without any problems! Only 1 thing went wrong and that was the oil seals on the ct9 turbo! But it had done 90k miles and was being run at 1 bar boost so was bound to go eventually haha
apart from the usual wear and tear items they’re as solid as toyotas come!
