left from where though? just started getting the white stuff on oil cap

oh its letting in water from somewhere then. by passed the coolant to the tb totally to check it wasnt getting in at the tb, but still getting lots of steam from exhaust.

could be the gasket lettuing in water?

is there a water jacket on the head where the inlet goes????

i put them as you said and its as it is

2 that go down to the power steering and 2 that go on the back of the block (linking with the coolant system) anyone got a diagram of what does what on the bottom of the tb? theres 2 pipes wrapped together and one on its own wrapped and then one thats not wrapped.

i took them all off could it be a air lock in fuel? noticed coolant resevour has gone down a bit

ok, just been out to have another fiddle this morning.Reset the ecu. starts fine but didnt start on choke. tryed to rev it and it revs but after will drop straight back and cut out. when running its very spluttery and sounds a bit like a scooby when reved. also white smoke coming from the exhaust?

thats the one. it was too short so stole the one off my sisters golf which is 3 times longer but fits

oh yeah, got that on would having a longer vac pipe going to the sensor make a difference??? think i might go for the exhaust manifold

where is this?

fitted it today and started instantly but after letting it idle it seems to miss a beat now and then. is this just a fuel air lock or have i put a pipe on the wrong one? bad vaccum possible? and do i need to reset my ecu? another thing, does a toyota corolla 1.3 4-2-1 manifold fit a 4efe 1.3 sr starlet? cheers guys

hi guys, ive noticed a clicking noise coming from my rear wheel the other day. it happens usually when there are either 3 people in the car (2 on the passenger side) or if i stand on the sill of the passenger door and rock the car side to side. ive checked the tire by the way thanks in advance

WHITE AND YELLOW!! i just remembered that when i fitted my lid i got fed up with not getting the brake light to work so i took off the light bar to find that i'd been trying to wire up the wrong colours. On mine the white/yellow and white/black from the boot lid went on to the white/black and green/red of the n/a wiring loom. Whiteblack=whiteblack+whiteyellow=redgreen. Those connectors arn't the best to use tbh. And yes the solid black is the window.

are you sure that non of the wires are touching causing a short? have you got the right fuse size? is the brake light bulb or led? try plugging in the original brake light in its original place with the glanza light wired in at the same time. if it doesnt blow the fuse then it might show there is something wrong with the glanza brake light.

its been a while since i updated and quite a lot done. wired in the boot lid (only took 2 months) got the glanza rear cluster on, white led number plate lights, fitted number plate, got my glanza bumper on the back atm but needs painting and trying to find the best place to fit my mud flaps. Will get some nice pictures when i clean it. To embarrasssing at the moment

did you ever get a good setup up? if so where do you start on getting a vaccum? sorry to bring this up again

the earth for the light on the glanza spoiler has to be joined into the main black and white earth and the live is the green and red. tooke me 3 months on and off to get round to wiring mine but looks much better
