  1. Thanks for that confirmation.
  2. When adjusting timing, do you have to bridge the diagnostic terminals on the diagnostic plug or can you do it without that process. I believe its TE1 and E1? When i do bridge the terminals the timing is very stable. So yeah, quick confirmation will be great.
  3. My fuel pump only works after 3 sessions of crank start up. Car has 220,000kms. 1. I checked the efi relay, its fine. 2. Fuel pressure is not maintained overnight. The sard fpr shows 0psi. (fuel pump leak). 3. Engine will not start because its not building fuel pressure when cranking, initially etc. When i get the car started and i switch it off, the pump primes as normal with the dash lights on red. Could it be a frozen fuel pump when cold (overnight). Is the fuel pump starting to cark itself.
  4. Shoulda written on the bucket heads when on the table to overcome such disaster. E1,E2 and so fourth till you got to E8. Same for intake.
  5. Not sure if anyone has done this simple improvised repair job, but here it is anyway. My 02 sensor was connected by only 2 strands of wire. Would be lots of time and money to buy second hand, so i extended its life. With the above 4 simple steps, you just saved your 02 sensor.
  6. Fit an aftermarket ecu and feel then, how much quicker it spools up. You will never gain the ultimate performance of a td04l without a aftermarket ecu. The standard ecu is holding its spool capabilities.
  7. Its to good not to mention, should be stickied. http://www.mearcat.c... Connectors.pdf
