Well I have quite a tappy top end and its just getting annoying now so im going to bite the bullet and sort it out just need to find out more on how to re-shim the head also going to take the chance to put a fresh cambelt kit on as we'll. I know I have to measure the gaps between first to find out what I need. what are the measurements I'm after? And once the cams are out do the new shims just come out and then replace them with the right sized ones. Also I'm told about this thing on the cams that needs to be tensioned properly can any one shed some light on this please Any guides would be

Decided to get a few bits wrapped today by a mate of mine Measuring process And then started to fit And here was the finished result There was quite a lot of wrap left so had the bonnet scoop,wing mirrors and number plate surround done Took a few Piccys of it outside shame it's raining What's your opinions? Good and bad feedback wanted Cheers

Rite ok maybe one of the pipes has sprung a leak I'm confident that the manifold is all good and bolted on correctly

Oh dammit it was ok tho and started a day after it all had been fitted

I changed a few parts on my car on Friday afternoon this is what I did.... Changed a autobahn intercooler pipe to a short pipe and changed my manifold to a ram horn one at the start it was fine and now it is making a sort of belt squel noise when I'm driving it is quite loud and does it between 2-4k revs. Any suggestions the only thing I can think of it all this snow we have had and possibly has got into my engine via bonnet scoop any suggestions on how to check or possible other things it could be would be great

Manifold and cooler pipe done today what a pain getting manifold in but the difference and sound now it was all worth it

No I'm from the midlands and I can't find my dyno took it to tuning developments a few months ago to get new ecu and mapped I'm going on a dyno day soon so will get piccys then
