Rite guys this will probs of been covered but I've got a problem with my dash temp gauge glanza v Whilst driving the needle will rise to just over the min line once stopped on idle the needle will then rise to half way and bring the fan in once I start driving again the needle will lower back to just over the min line. I have had a read up and tried a few thing people have suggested but can't seem to get to the bottom of it There is a spade connector kind of sensor with a one wire plug going to it once I remove this the cars gauge shoots to the top I belive this to be the problem can any one shed some light on this please

Hi there for a while now my temp sensor has been playing up it reads just above cold while driving once stoped it rises up to half way ish as soon as I drive off again it goes to just above bottom again I recently had my engine rebuilt and a new thermostat put in but the problem was there before I had that done. Can some one please shed some light on this for me thanks
