Hello guys,
I've recently had an issue come up with getting the starlet started, i have been away traveling for the past month and unfortunately while I was away the car was not started and was left stood still for a little over a month.

When i returned as expected the battery was flat, i got jump leads on the battery to try and get it started, although i got power to the car lights, dash lights radio exccc still nothing when i turned the key.

i noticed there was no light at all the immobilizer so i assume that this is the issue, i imagine there would be a fuse some where although i can not find it anywhere, Im not sure if the immobilizer come with the car from factory, it doesn't look like it so i thought there would be a fuse at some point in the wiring but i cant seem to find it anywhere.
The Key doesn't not have an Immobilizer chip in the key, I have a thob which is separate to the key and has to be pushed up to the immobilizer point which is located next to the fog lights .

Any ideas would be grateful, i think this is what is causing the problem just need some assistance in solving it,

Thank you in advance!

there will probably be a fuse in the loom for the immobiliser but that could be anywhere, try removing a few panels and trace the loom, depending on the installer it could be a can of worms my other halfs SR has a after market alarm that kept having a paddy. i ended up cutting it all out

had this problem before on a car the battery was so flat it wouldn't let the car start even with jump leads put in a second hand battery with some charge in it and away it went. Could be worth a try
