ecksjay Posted March 15, 2008 Share Posted March 15, 2008 10w-40.stay clear of Castrol GTX etc, as its crap and leaves vile deposits in the engine, of gunk and ****get yourself some Millers (make oils for motorsport use aswell as normal road vehicles so have varying grades), or something like Valvoline durablend.
