dnochris1 Posted May 10, 2016 Share Posted May 10, 2016 Just found out that my clutch has started to slip when ever i take my Glanza over 4k revs, and also when first started the gear box crunches into 2nd and occasionly pops out of 2nd gear when rolling down a hill near me, I've Been looking at new clutches on ID Workz and cant complain about the prices. i have a few questions though, What clutch is recomended for 250bhp? (Not at 250bhp yet just looking onto the future) also should i go for a lighter flywheel? and Rebuilding my gearbox what does it involve partswise? also im thinking of putting LSD in can i do this to a box without LSD already on it or do i need to find a new box? Phil Posted May 10, 2016 Share Posted May 10, 2016 Synchros replaced would be a good idea and fresh bearings while you in there too,Think I've bought these parts from Toyota before, hard got elsewhere but Toyota supply other Jdm brands of bearings I think.
