before i got my starlet i had a mitsi colt, and loads of people on there forums raved onm about the 'bottletop' mod basically it involved removing the air resonator box and were the hole is you basically get the top off a bottle and stick that there instead then get the clip tighten it up again and they say it is meant to give you a lot nicer sound from your induction kit as the resonator is only there to make things quieter and it gives you very minimal induction gains and you are using all the air possible or something, just wondered if anyone had done it on a starlet and if they got the same results/gains even though minimal.

cheers pallett

well, you know where your induction kit fits onto the pipe that lead to the inlet mani, on that pipe there is a small box that leads from under there, what does that do then? just thought it was the same thing as my colt but obviously im mistaken.
