E Manage Fitting location?

Hi I was wondering where people have been mounting the main unit of there aftermarket ecu's and running the wiring. I noticed when fitting the alarm that there is not much room around the rear of the glove box.

In the glove box is a common one and ive also seen people tuck them away behind the radio.

Mine was fitted in behind the plastic along the passengers footwell. Just beside the gearstick.
