Mid and high beam quad lights not working

My mid and high beam have been temporarily cutting out then coming back on randomly over the last few weeks checked the fuses and wires can't see any breaks. Anyone had this problem before or know what is causing it?

Theres power getting to the light plugs and the bulbs are fine. what should i be looking for?
