Lights on Warning Buzzer

1995 Xli old shape. Should it have a headlamp on warning ? The fuses list it but nothing happens so it's very easy to leave your lights on & drain the battery.

I have tried fitting a buzzer & despite simple online instructions, I can find a combination of fuses that work. The buzzer is either on continuously or doesn't work at all. I am wondering if this is because there is already a buzzer there that isn't working ?

Are the door switches working properly?

There aren't any door switches unless they are totally hidden
