Id workz shocks

Anyone had any experience with id workz shocks I got some front ones but they don't sit in the top mounts properly and they don't seem to be getting back to me ?

If you look at the top mount from the bottom, two sides are straight. The shock should be the same, its a matter of lining them up and bolting down into place.

The shock does but the top mounts don't I have the original ones and kyb neither work with the shocks

You posted this just a few hours after contacting us. We're open 9-5 so if we've been too busy to reply on the same day (busy catching up on Easter weekend orders) we will the next morning, just as I have done today.

Look at the suspension mount from underneath, you cant see them from top

Yer I know but it's sitting in the garage waiting to be done so I need to find an answer I'm not having a go just thought u could find an answer else where
