how do you take off the window door seal

How do you take off the window door seal that goes around the door window mine has dried up and cracked

just gently pull it off lol (pull upwards until it comes out completely). i recently put new ones on my glanza and used a tiny blob of superglue at the top to stop it sliding back down again over time.
