LSD Gearbox Cruching Going Into 3rd

I've had the car a few months and ive noticed 3rd gear crunches I'm sure it's the synchro mesh that's worn as if I bring the revs up and match with the road speed it slips in lovely just on lower revs when cruising.

Wanted to know if anyone knows any garages or parts people they recommend?

Hi i also had bad crunches on my 3rd,friend of my suggested Redline MT90 gearoil, no more crunches and smooth shifting,depends how badly worn your syncro are

I currently got "ROYAL PURPLE" 75W 90 in the box which I was told is one of the best oils you can get three bottles costed me £100 and it was lush but I'm positive it's a synchro on its way out.

Third has crunched since I got the car 7 years ago, is the Redline MT90 the shockproof stuff? I had fifth go on me and there was absolutely no warning on it just all of a sudden came out of gear.
