anyone got an idea where to get some red tape to go round the outside of my rims

yer thats what I've sin b 4 but i wanted to do it today so dont really wanna wait for it to be posted but loks like im gonna have to unless someone else has any ideas?

local little car shops should have it, ie motoraids by me. or isnt there a bike shop by your house who would have it
