Shan Singh Posted February 3, 2018 Posted February 3, 2018 I have a 4efte and need to change crank I have a 2e non turbo crankshaft. Can this work without worries on my engine? Also the crankshaft con rod journals are hollow on the 2e crankshaft whereas the 4e ones are solid would this be a problem also? Quote
5e colin Posted February 3, 2018 Posted February 3, 2018 dont worry if it fits the block then go for it just make sure the seals are same size etc etc the hollow crank will be lighter in theory so will rev faster 2e engines have been boosted a bar so no problem Quote
