What is the best manifold and decat?

Im after a manifold and decat to fit my EP91 glanza.Could you guys give me some advice as to which ones to go for as I know there are problems with cracking.Does anyone have the speedvision ones from the US? What power gains should I expect?

im wondering the exact same thing for my ep82 anyone no what i should go for i dont want to buy a cheap1 that will crak! cheers

dont go cheap!

there are a few which seem to be holding up good:

sps(toyotagtturbo.com) manifold and decats both are very good- i have the decat and it's awesome

starbus(can be found on here) on here does custom mani's and they look amazing and will hold up for sure.

zisco(trader on here) do some realy nice manifolds and decats, give them a look into.

Dave Burwash(starletgtturbo.com) sells mani's which seem to hold up fairly well from what i have herd anyway.

from the top of my head thats the best and most trust worthy ones i can think off, just don't go cheap and crappy it guaranteed to crack
