pallett Posted April 28, 2008 Share Posted April 28, 2008 i think it may be an air temp sensor, or just to measure the flow of air to make sure your car is fuelling correctly to match the amount of air getting in, i ran my car without it in before and it felt pretty slow well slower than normal anyway and didnt sound to healthy either., if your after an aftermarket open filter get a k&n one as you can get them with the holes in for this sensor to go through.pallett Quote Link to post Share on other sites
