the nipple on the lowerpart of the wastegate goes to the intake manifold after the TB. the one on the top either stays open if youre running spring rates or plumbs into your boost controller.

heres a pic of mine. its a HKS wastegate, but they all work the same.

Thanks a million for the response.

Would it make any difference if I plumbed the bottom nipple on the wastegate to the nipple on the turbo where the actuator would normally go, as I have the top one plumbed to the boost controller?
