It goes between the two front wisbones (may not be the correct term lol), basically underneath the front of the car, under the exhaust like this:

Alongside a rear strut brace and a good suspension (springs and/or shocks) setup, it'll provide a very positive handling improvement

i wouldnt recommend one of these without an upper strut bar. can make the handling sketchy.

if you have an upper strut bar then they are great.
