mike.swarbrick
Hey guys, I know this isn't the correct place for it, but I need the information fairly quickly. I have been waiting for a reply in the Technical Discussion forum to no avail. I need to find out what CV joint to buy for my car. It is an EP82 import N/A 1995. Does anyone know what CV joint pline set up this is? I am going to order it in from Part Service (http://www.partservice.co.uk/) asap. Can anyone give me as much information as they can on the correct CV joint? Perhaps if it's the same as a GT by chance? Thanks a lot guys, sorry for the hassle.
gaz
Order it from one of the people on here. I know Toby at Toy tuning definitely does them. Sned him a PM.
mike.swarbrick
Yeah, but the problem I'm having is the spline set up. I don't know if my car is 23/23 or 23/30. But I'd be willing to buy from there if I could get it before Saturday. Anyone know the spline set up?

mike.swarbrick
I've PM'd a few people but are still waiting for a reply. Is there no easy way of finding out? Like surely there is a defined reason why they have different splines (like maybe only the newer models after '96 have 23/30 splines etc)? Can anyone else help? Could really do with this by saturday...Is it a tough job to replace? Because if it's an easy job I'll have a go at it...Thanks again.[EDIT] Just spoke to Jay, he says there's no defined way of knowing without checking it out by taking it off, unfortunately I am no mechanic (far from it, an engineer ) but would this job be an easy one?[EDITX2] Now a website is saying it's 23 outer 21 inner! Which is also what the parts service place said it could be, but everyone (and everywhere) said it was wither 23 or 30...? This is way to complicated...
