Glanza Al
Hi chaps, thought Id paint the plastic pulley cover on the side of the engine, I know its fixed with 4 bolts, but after removing them, it still wont budge ;), cany anyone point me in the right direction? Also, another thing is confuzzling me, the standard actuator has 2 terminals, one going to the turbo, and the other going to the thin metal pipe into the engine. Whereas the new HKS one only has one :s, which pipes do I need/not need and what can I remove?Any help is greatly appreciated ;)Alex.
WallaceGlanza
I think you need to take off the bottom pulley cover to get the top one of too, not 100% sure though. With the actuator you should have a t piece with the kit which you use to connect up all the original vaccum lines, or if you have a boost controller you just have two lines coming from it, one goes to the nipple on the turbo and the other to the actuator port. briggers
WHEN YOU TOOK THE ROCKER COVER OFF DID YOU HAVE TO REPLACE ANYTHING.
ecksjay
might be worth replacing the rocker cover gasket whilst you're there, saves it leaking at a later date doesn't it.
