springs and spacers

just wondering what springs give the best drop and ware to get them from??? ive got uprated shocks just need springs but wnt it as low as possible!!!

also has anyone got spacers on or is it a bad idea? if u have ware did you get them from?

beware if you drop it low then you WILL need a panhard rod if you dont have one already, otherwise it'll crab worse than a diseased hooker.

spacers are ok, but you should get the ones thathave the extended centrebore so you can still run spigot rings.

i think sicaln has a set for his V and they were about 100 quid, you'll need longer studs too.

hubcentric spacers are the only way really, get them from a reputable company, and dropping, coilovers are the best option really

Do you still need hubcentric spacers if only spacing by a small amount by the way?

cheers for theat boys i will have a shop around. so what lowering springs are best for most impressive drop???? i have uprated shocks already as coilovers r a bit 2 much for my budget at the min.
