im well pissed off customs are sitting on my clutch. they had it since 13th .

now i need to know what their phone number is or the address as thy have not sent me anything saying there gonna hold onto it till i pay em or anything like that.

is it normal for them to sit on it this long.

so so so so so pissed off.

any reply would be much apreciated.

im worrying now as i have spent 150 on it and its not here.

before anyone asks its a cap clutch from the us and i heard good things about it so bought it but now i got nothing.

anyone think i will actually receive it?

if they want to they could stick a whole loada tax and stuff on it for you, they helpful that way.

had a tracking number and it says it got to customs on 13th

Normally they would of passed it on to a courier company by now. Like Night Line/Business Post/Royal Mail.

I honestly wouldn't know how to get in contact with them, maybe google to see if theres a website you can go on.

if it was sent by USPS it will be at a parcelforce depot.
