(in scotland who would have thought eh... )Im working till 5 today then tonight i think ill be in the house as of today my baby glanza ran out of tax!!bad new also... i may be getting banned... was supposedly "Racing" a round about bit you do 50 then to the 70.. both being average camera by passes... any way get to the round about doing 50 in 3rd so it would be loud... my mate in a punto gt.. are car and a half length away infront of me.. we both get on the 70 and boost to 70 then evntualy down to 50 and cruise... 5 mins away from that round about... popo FLYING passed easy doin 120 + pass me catch my mate at the nex round about.. pulls me in and says "WE MEET AGAIN" never met the w*nker in my life.. so i said who are you a dont even know you ? so he pulls us in and does us for racing? there were two in each car.. any one maybe shed some light where this is goin.oh yeh he gave me an asbo to me and the car ! so i think i may be getting banned and the glanza will be off the road Quote
SpeedFreak Posted September 1, 2008 Posted September 1, 2008 From what I know, you could only get banned if he actually caught you speeding by a gun. And it would have to b near on 100 to get banned, unless you already have points. I havent ever heard of someone getting banned without camera evidence of speeding. 20mph over the limit is a lot, but I wouldn't think it enough to ban you. Was the copper on this own? Quote

"racing on a public highway" is more likely. and tbh i don't think they would need speed evidence for that.one cozzer in the car or two?the asbo on the glanza. if he recognised that car it may already have one... which means no repent. its to the crusher for aiko. two antisocial orders on a car is crush... not impound... just straigh pancaked Quote

My friend got 'caught' racing and because there was only one copper they dropped the charges because it wasnt enough evidence.Each case is different. I have said what I know to be true. Quote
