I had my turbo ported the other day, nd my hks actuator was wound in so when i boosted it went to 0.6 so the other day i decided to wind it in a bit more to about 0.8 and found i had done it a bit to far and was hitting fuel cut so i wound it out more and i still was it got to the point that i wound it out so far the turbo wasn't spooling till 4krevs and it was still boosting to 0.9ish and i hit fuel cut in third still!!

what the hell is going on?

vac line on the actuator?

what it could be loose?

it goes straight into the turbo no hi/low

the thing that is boggling me is it was fine but now i cant control the boost levels no matter how many turns i do.
