ecksjay Posted October 31, 2008 Share Posted October 31, 2008 mechanical gauges will have the hose going directly into the back of the gauge, electrical/electronic ones will have the vacuum hose going into a remote unit, then will be connected to the guage via a small connector block (i.e electrical wires), with no hose going to the gauge itself.
