oem valve stem seals

alright guys i need to know what kind of hp the oem valve stems seals on an ep82 can handle?

mine are on the way out and i cant be running no more than 160bhp i think mine have gone down to such a large change in compression as i fitted my fmic, relocation kit, etc all at once as well as changing the boost levels.

reason i am asking as i'm forging my engine as we speakand i bought the oem valve stem seals from sam (sheekey) and i was then told from the guy helping me put thecar back together that they will be no good, but toby says he uses them in 300hp builds?

if they are no good where can i get aftermarket?

if you need stronger aftermarket stem seals i'm sure Dave or Toby would stock them on there websites but as they don't i cant imagine you would need uprated ones, i am just going to replace with oem ones.

As said, the OEM ones should be fine for your forged rebuild.
