  1. some good ones here lol, was doing a type b service on a customers car finished the job was in a bit of a rush as i was trying to make up for my fuck up the week before lol went and jumped in threw it in reverse (without pumping the brakes) the fucker launched and smacked into the car another tech was working on behind me almost shoving it off the lift can laugh now was not funny at the time though luckily no one was hurt or not much damage was done. and my fuck up the week before was doing a gearbox service was getting pissed off with the service advisors as they as usual were rushing us

  4. as said in my pm mate really glad to hear you get it up & running i know you'll look after the engine better than that wee fucking rat.

  7. Hello ryan just wanted to add to this if that is the engine from my old gt i apologise mate but i built that engine way over 3 years ago (i started building it in 2008), i moved to canada 3 years ago and the gt sat in my garage until may this year when i sold the gt for very cheap cause i know it had sat for so long, but i sold the whole car with a shit load of parts for it for 2300 gbp (considering the spec was a steal) but it had sat for so long couldn't justify a higher price, and in conversation with the person that bought the car i noted to him that for piece of mind cause it sat so long
  8. If it's still there got interest in it at the minute but if it falls through defo can arrange a viewing as stated I live out of country now so would arrange with family to show you. And never got to properly boost it just got it ran in and then moved here but you see the spec of it it's ready for boosting.
  9. And RICO you'd know I'd love to but I don't know when I'd be able to bring it here so move on and start a new project here.
  10. So for late reply guys time difference, yes Shaun was not long after I met you i moved here lol. and as said last time I know it was running was last year so for that reason I would say it would be best to be trailered. As for the seal kit you guessed it was when I built the engine in that pic with the head off you can see the wiseco pistons the head was off so it could fit the new valve stem seals I got from kon. at that point it had a cruise 1.2mm head gasket in it I've heard there reusable but didn't wanna risk it so put in an Athenna 1.2mm one.
  11. Ok selling my unfinished Mk 1 GT Turbo project because i now live overseas in Canada and the GT is back home in Scotland, engine was fully rebuilt before i came here last time i know it was running was last year , the original plan was once in a better position bring the vehicle over here and finish it but been here 3 years now and don't know when i'm gonna get the chance to get it here so hopefully she goes to a good home and the new owner can keep me updated with its progress Year: 1992 Model: Mk 1 Zenki GT Turbo Tax: None MOT: None Mileage: high 80,*** on Body around 10,000 on engine
  12. Mmmmmmmmm loving the colour of these and looks good on the wishbones etc.
  13. wow sorry to hear that R.I.P mate. Can only imagine how your cousin feels.
  14. Nice looking v love the wheels but poke out the arches too much for my liking. Love the tail lights there different, can't go wrong with bride mats except the cost right enough lol.
  15. agree with this man he knows as my wife gave birth to my Daughter in june and is an amazing feeling and gets better every day, not nights though lol say good bye to sleep lol.

  17. Was looking through youtube and stumbled across this never seen it before jap car film you know the script shit acting and storyline but good cars and races. http://youtu.be/pGtWmKUKMos And Keiichi tsuchiya plays a part in it
  18. this thing is gonna be a beast he is contemplating a supercharger for it and if he doesn't he is going nitrous for it lol, personally i hope he goes the blower route . the body work on it is rough looking at the mo but tbh for a car that was made in 1973 its not too bad i mean these things are solid i mean it takes 2 to lift one of the fucking doors lol, but the plan is to strip it back to a bare shell (as not only do we have this 73 charger on the go we have a dodge dart in middle of build aswell lol its stripped to a bare shell, but larry wants to charge on with the charger no pun intended.
  19. Ok guys thought you might be interested to see a build that i have ongoing at the mo with the father in law didn't where else to post this so here it be lol, if any of you have seen the programme burn notice you will see the car that the star in the show drives (michael westen) is a 73 charger the 73 charger normally comes with a 400ci engine this one came with an engine swap and it came with a 383 which is far better than the 400. So far we're just building the engine back up the crank has been cleaned and 10thou removed (it looks brand new). spec so far is forged speed pro pistons conrods
  20. One thing aswell once it lands here I'm ripping it apart again anyway so if a few scratches happen on its arrival then screw it lol
