SooperD Posted January 23, 2009 Share Posted January 23, 2009 Well my car doors were iced shut after work early in the morning last week so gave both a gentle tug.. sadly passenger handle snapped in half.. How easy/complicated are these to put back on ? Can i just order 1 from toyota ? do i need to take the door card off etc ?cheers in advance,D Quote Link to post Share on other sites
Idrees Posted January 23, 2009 Share Posted January 23, 2009 Yeah the doorcard needs to come out mate. Theres two nuts holding the handle in from the inside, and the metal cable thing attached to it. You'll need to disconnect that then undo the two nuts. You might need to take a couple of other things off too for easier access but it's not hard as long as you remember where to refit them.
