bucketep91 Posted February 4, 2009 Share Posted February 4, 2009 again sorry if I've posted this in the wrong sectioni read it in the paper today and i thought it was worth a mentionTraffic cops up and down the UK have been ordered by there own bosses to stop using in car speed detectors amid fears they could be affected by radio waves, the radio system they use could be triggering faults in thier systems looks like ther will be a lot of people will be asking to be compensated and points taken off:D i know i will be trying my luck. i have an outgoing case from when they did me for 39 in a 30 on xmas eve2007. do u think they will just start putin up more speed cameras and uing more roadside radar guns? Glanza-Love Posted February 5, 2009 Share Posted February 5, 2009 Im affraid to inform you mate the trafic police looked into the speed camera equipment during the full day and found its not affected at all by the radios.so if you get caught by the gun it is official and right speed so im afraid you wont be able to appeal that in a case!
