Well, you'll need a manifold that is flanged to mate with the TD04. The same goes for a downpipe. Extended oil and water lines. Bit of silicone hose to deal with the air intake and intercooler piping route. And you'd probably need to clock it for ease of fitting a FMIC. Depending on mani you might need a half-sized Civic rad etc.

But then you need to decide what TD04's best...11g,13g etc. Do a search y0!

ay up dan, imo id get the same kit im getting mate, add me on Msn if you can?

either get a wepr or zisco, my zisco brand new has only set me back £520, il tell you everything about it on Msn if youve got it

i aint got msn mate sorry, so are you getting a full kit??

I've been looking at SPS = danes new custom turbo kit, looks quite good but then agen its 2800!

not sure yet, what sort of power can i expect at the wheels from a tdo4??

Depends on what boost you'll be running. Which in turn depends on how far youre gonna modify the engine.

well im runnin 1bar on a ct9, but I've been thinking of it for a while, and i think im gunna get a 5efe block with a 4efte head, ross pistons, pauter rods, billet cams etc.... i wanna run 1- 1.2 bar through it, but if it will handle more then obviously il run more boost

mate try and get msn LOL....

its so hard to explain on here to me now, erm im gonna run 1.2 bar on stock internals, you can have a safe tune at 1 bar on a td04 and make 220-230bhp on stock internals, my kit i can keep air con and radiator, you should wait until i get mine done mate and il get you some specs and pics

gonna cost me like £800-1000 in all thats including apexi safc and some more stuff...

manifold and downpipe are hardcore bit of kit

ive noticed you want to do all that spec and only run 1-1.2 bar? not needed for that boost mate lol, 5efte is for big turbos like td05 at big boost, td04 at 1.7 bar would be good on a 5efte

wouldn't bother with td06, get Danes kit or run a td04, maybe even a GT2871R- dantheman ran one at over 300bhp on a 4efte at 1.5 dont go silly high on boost like cal said at 1.7 or above.

yeah the engine can go to it but why push it to it's limits?

just do some major research before diving in, there's also maintenance costs.

with 200-300 bhp you need 200-300 bhp brakes, tyres have to hold up, suspension, good oils, good tune etc the list goes on and on
