What does this mean

Hello all

Sorry this is a bit random

I received a bank statement letter through the post yesterday and it had the following stamped on it:-

Condition 9 Access Mail

Received out of course

- 4 Feb 2009

At Birmingham Mail Centre

I've never seen anything like this stamped on a letter posted to me before. Is it normal and i live in Leeds. I'm a bit concerned due to it being a bank statement and has my bank details on it.

its nothing to worry about, basically when your letter is posted it will get sent to the sorting office, and sometimes you get letters sent in the wrong place, so they divert it back to where it should be, dont worry about it.
