Setting Up A Hks Actuator + Ebc

how do you set this up?

on what setting do you put your actuator, how does the ebc control this?

i am getting a HKS actuator, and i am also looking into buying a dual electronic boost controller, to be able to run 2 boost levels.

how do these 2 pieces of kit work together?

you set the actuator to the lowest i will go (on the hks it's aroun0.5-0.6) then on the EBC you set that to the higest boost level you want.

e.g. with my HDI ebc-r i have my actuator on 0.6 so with the switch off it's at 0.6 and with the ebc-r switch on it will boost at 0.8 as thats what the boost controler is set to.

with digital ebc's you set both the lowest and highest boost setting from the ebc and switch between the two but remember you cant go any lower then what the actuator is set at.

so with a dual electronic boost controller you set your HKS actuator on lowest setting. then you tune the 2 boost levels you want on the EBC with the lowest setting not being able to go under the actuator.

yep,

so if your actuator was 0.6 you cant go lower then that but can set it as high as you want...so you could run 0.8 low and 1bar high etc just cant go lower the the actuators 0.6
