Fitting A Boost Gauge

Recommended Posts

I dont know where i can get the pipe from the Boost gauge through the dash to mount on the dash.

Is there a hole that it can go through as i cant see it lol.

Also, where is the best place to connect the live and earth wires?

p.s. Its a Mechanical Apexi Boost Gauge

Ricky.

ok there is a perfect gromit that the cable for the spedo goes through that actually has a wee hole big enough for the boost pipe to go through and is realy neet looking in the engine bay. top left of the engine bay behind the inlet pelenium. ill take a pic if u really need it.

Yes take a pic please, and also, where does it come out on the inside of the car, so i can mount it on the dash between the drivers side window and the speedo.

the pipe will come thru behind the dash so to get at it u will need to lie on your back in the footwell of the car and look up from under there.. U will see it quite easily.. U need to the decide where to route it etc.. Where do u want your gauge to go ?

I want it to start either side of the dome over the speedo clock. Close to either the left or the right hand side of that dome.
