if they are new just bang them in,

but if they are old it depends what plugs you have,

if they are worn i sort of do it by what im used to,

do a traul on google here and you should get your answer clicky

ther brand new NGK iridium plugs, so oot with the old and in with the new

They should come pre gapped but its a good idea to check them anyway. For a GT its 0.8 and a Glanza its supposedly 1.1 but people have said they run better at 0.8
