the best advice for fitting an actuator is to rip the air con out first. gives you much more room. you cant really go wrong fitting an actuator. when removing the old 1 you remember what youve done then put the new 1 on the same way, the only fiddly bit is the pipes as theres not much room there should be instructions with the actuator if its new, then its just a matter of trial and error when setting the desired level of boost

also make sure the pipes are on correctly, i did not do this correctly one time and my turbo shat itself byoverboosting

removing the radiator is a good idea also givin you more space to work with

rember do 1 turn at a time then test the boost to see whats its running at.

Shorter the rod= more boost

longer the rod = less bost

boost guage would be a good idea too to give you an accurate boost reading

you dont want to have it running 1.5 bar on a standard ct9 for example
