Need Someone Who Works With Metal

I want to be able to take a larger range of shots! One of the things I have wanted to do for a while is cars in motion. long lense is fine, but what if you want to get really close? The answer is buy something expensive f find someone to make it cheap for you! If you look at the link below you will see what I want built! If any of you could help with this please let me no. I wanted to make a rig ages ago lol. And did a diy one that sort of worked. If someone could make one that attaches under the car I would be interested too. what my mate did was to hire one for the day, and then got someone to re produce it
